Sahar is a registered dietitian who is passionate about helping people achieve their nutrition goals. She completed her Bachelor of Applied Science in Nutrition and Food from Ryerson University and went on to obtain a Master in Public Health, specializing in Nutrition and Dietetics from University of Toronto.
Her philosophy as a registered dietitian is to help individuals achieve their goals through small sustainable steps. She collaborates with patients in a compassionate manner to help identify their goals and develop an optimal plan that works best for them. Sahar’s experience working in obesity management has given her a strong understanding of how complex and frustrating weight can be. She uses this insight to support patients with their challenges through positivity and encouragement. Her focus is to help you achieve your best weight through a healthy and sustainable lifestyle in order to enjoy the most of your life.
